Certainly, the necessity of conveniences of living places also appeared, for example, city dump sites. Nowadays, rubbish bins in the streets are something usual enough. In fact, each person through away tons of garbage each year. It is quite difficult process of recycling trash which was not sorted. That is why the concept which is presented below is one of the most important goals of this work. It is the very destination of people's rubbish which is thrown away which must be sorted in different categories as metal, glass, plastic, paper, carton and etc. The concept of this design also has got another function, being connected with the urgent service 112. It can be used for a call center of the services which you need - firefighters, ambulance, police and etc. At the same time to reduce the municipal budget for urgent services it was added one container for aid extreme situation,a first aid box, a fire- extinguisher, a defibrillator. Additionally,it is allowed to save the budget for calling the urgent services in case of some insignificant or not complicated situations. For example, the person can use the fire-extinguisher from the container in minor cases of emergency, it will save about 1500$ instead of calling firemen. It will make profit for averting of calling ambulance. It is very important to save time when we are speaking about medical help. Living in towns or cities for saving lives most of all the time is in priority. With help of first aid help and a medical assistant from 112 , for each person it will be possible to help and save somebody's life, using the precious time.
